Our delivery periods correspond has those which are given to us by our
suppliers and get along under reserves :
- integral payment of the order before forwarding except against
refunding,
- case of absolute necessity or independent of our will,
- address of delivery,
possible delays not being able to give place to damages of our share.
An article can be positioned in remainder or out-of-stock at
supplier, Customs Planet is committed holding you informed in the event of
unavailability of the ordered articles. In the event of distant delivery date the customer will have a 2 days
deadline to cancel or maintain his order, pass this time, the order in remainder or rupture famous is confirmed.
Return & Guaranteed :
All our goods are considered arrived in perfect state at the customer to whom it falls to announce to the conveyor the defection of a
parcel.
In the event of defect on a part you must to inform us by email, telephone, in the 8 days after the delivery.
The return of the accessories by the customer will be accepted only with the agreement of Customs-Planet,
the goods will then be replaced or the customer will be credited after recognition with our Sales management.

original packing and in a perfect state of conservation.
For the guarantee, any article presenting a manufacturing defect will be exchanged, and the recovery will be
carried out with our expenses.

All return of accessories not justified (error of order, bad selected reference) will be systematically devaluated of 20% of
its cost price.
All the parts of the catalogues which we market are envisaged to be
assembled on the motor bike of origin, we could not be held responsible for the nonconformity of the part in
the event of problem of assembly.
